- You will contribute to the upscaling of Gratkorn label portfolio by execution and optimization of the label quality control process
- You will independently support paper quality control to structurally solve quality related issues in label applications and graphics business
- You will be acting as a bridge between the label application engineer, product development and the paper production for quality and product improvement related topics
- You will coordinate and execute special internal and external quality lab tests for labels
- You will process and illustrate statistical data from a set of database and systems
- You will monitor the raw material change procedure for specialties
- You will support Manager Product Development in specific label related topics
- You will take an active participation in continuous improvement activities
- You will observe and comply with all personal and facility-related regulations regarding quality, health, security, safety and environment
- You have a print, paper-making or chemical related education / apprenticeship followed by a Bachelor or Master Degree in Paper, Packaging Technology or Chemistry
- You have practical experience in label paper production, label paper conversion or label paper process- and quality management
- You have in depth wet glue and self-adhesive label paper know how throughout the full value chain (wet strength & non wet strength)
- You have demonstrated a good balance between conceptual skills & experience and “passion” for hands-on operational delivery
- You have strong analytical and proven problem-solving skills
- You adapt quickly, look for new challenges, and take the initiative
- You maintain excellent stakeholder and peer relationships
- You have a knowledge of statistical analysing and reporting tools
- You have professional command in word and writing of German and English
- Ability to take an interdisciplinary approach
- Teamwork, communication- and co-operation skills

- For this position we offer an annual gross remuneration of EUR 75.000,-- Depending on qualifications and/or special professional experience, a higher salary may be agreed upon.
