Our goal is to support a strong performance culture across Erste Group by combining strategic thinking with practical tools and close collaboration with our country teams. We also design and run group-wide initiatives like the engagement survey and the Leadership 360° feedback process.You will be responsible for developing strategic concepts, leading cross-country initiatives, and building a robust performance management framework that supports cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness.Your Tasks
  • Develop and continuously improve group-wide performance management concept in strong collaboration with all countries
  • Take full ownership and play a visible, hands-on role in preparing and supporting the business along the performance cycle
  • Support cross-functional projects focused on performance and development, such as the annual group-wide 360 survey and employee engagement
  • Advise subsidiaries and savings banks on performance management and best practices
Your Profile
  • Solid experience in HR strategy, performance, or organizational development
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes and collaborate effectively in agile environments
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or willingness to learn is a strong asset
