
People & Culture Performance Management Specialist (all genders)

- Develop and continuously improve group-wide performance management concept in strong collaboration with all countries
- Take full ownership and play a visible, hands-on role in preparing and supporting the business along the performance cycle
- Support cross-functional projects focused on performance and development, such as the annual group-wide 360 survey and employee engagement
- Advise subsidiaries and savings banks on performance management and best practices
- Solid experience in HR strategy, performance, or organizational development
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes and collaborate effectively in agile environments
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or willingness to learn is a strong asset
