- Completed commercial/administrative training or equivalent experience (HAK, FH, or university)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in office administration/office management
- Fluent English and good German skills (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- An independent, proactive way of working
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); you are tech-savvy and curious: you enjoy exploring digital tools that make office life easier, an interest in cloud tools and collaboration apps is a plus
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and external partners
- Independent organization of office management - manage the office supplies, coordinate orders and delivieres
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and couriers (German and English)
- Travel management (assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, bookings and expense reporting)
- Assistance in the organization and implementation of meetings, workshops, and company/team events
- Take care of day-to-day office organizational tasks to maintain a welcoming workplace
