Vienna (Other RHIM EU locations possible) | Full timeYour positionIn this position, you would report to the Head of Industrial Projects NFM & C&L. You will manage a team of multi-cultural technical and commercial experts responsible for the sales and execution of industrial projects in the areas of Ironmaking (Blast Furnaces, Coke Ovens, DRI furnaces, Pellet plants) and Reheating Furnaces.Your tasks
  • Manage OEM/EPC accounts, as well as support regional teams on requests from OEM/EPC accounts under regional management
  • Support the regions with their commercial and technical requirements for non-OEM/EPC projects
  • Cooperate with regions on improvement of our projects pipeline and demand plan/forecast for the business, securing the necessary resources to increase our sales and profitability in industrial projects
  • Elaboration of price strategy for products and services, including 4PRO strategies
  • Coordination with Marketing, Quotations, Engineering and Project Management teams to assure on-time, on-cost project execution
  • Design of required regional and functional Change Management activities
Your profile
  • A university degree in engineering, esp. materials, metallurgical, ceramics, mechanical or chemical engineering
  • Several years of work experience in a refractory based environment, alternatively in an ironmaking operation
  • Master's or PhD degree is an advantage
