- Management and coordination of all cans and lids for the Key Account customer
- Close and continuous collaboration with all relevant employees and partners of the customer
- Monthly forecasting für cans and ends in the valid LL forecast tool (Smoothie) to meet the KPI at forecast accuracy
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries
- Ensuring optimal direct delivery (W2W) and cost-effective inventory policies
- Achieving and maintaining an optimal staffing level in the department through the deployment of competent, qualified employees
- Ensuring and promoting a performance-enhancing work environment
- Meeting customer demands by: strictly adhering to agreements made, regularly monitoring the stock levels of cans and lids, collaborating effectively with contracted logistics companies
- Continuously monitoring and maintaining the required inventory levels with the help of planned sales figures
- Close and continuous collaboration with Central Planning; planning, decor, and sales personnel from other LRDs; and the Key Account Sales team
- Avoiding inventory levels exceeding 6 months (Slow- & No-Moving Inventory)
- Adhering to the packaging costs set in the LRD's budget (analyzing and taking corrective measures in case of deviations).
- Informing, motivating, and developing employees through training and coaching, providing necessary resources, and assigning independent tasks.
- Setting departmental goals and continuously monitoring them.
- Business education (University degree), preferrable technical backgroung
- Multiple years of reelvant previous experience in a managerial role
- Proficiency in SAP system
- Strategic thinking and proactive approach
- Fluent in English and German languages
