From endlessly recyclable aluminum cans, and cups, to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.Position overview:Customer Fulfilment Manager is responsible for production and sales planning in coordination with customers, sales departments, and production departments. Some of main areas to cover are creation and management of projects for continuous improvement in sales.Key responsibilities include:
  • Management and coordination of all cans and lids for the Key Account customer
  • Close and continuous collaboration with all relevant employees and partners of the customer
  • Monthly forecasting für cans and ends in the valid LL forecast tool (Smoothie) to meet the KPI at forecast accuracy
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries
  • Ensuring optimal direct delivery (W2W) and cost-effective inventory policies
  • Achieving and maintaining an optimal staffing level in the department through the deployment of competent, qualified employees
  • Ensuring and promoting a performance-enhancing work environment
  • Meeting customer demands by: strictly adhering to agreements made, regularly monitoring the stock levels of cans and lids, collaborating effectively with contracted logistics companies
  • Continuously monitoring and maintaining the required inventory levels with the help of planned sales figures
  • Close and continuous collaboration with Central Planning; planning, decor, and sales personnel from other LRDs; and the Key Account Sales team
  • Avoiding inventory levels exceeding 6 months (Slow- & No-Moving Inventory)
  • Adhering to the packaging costs set in the LRD's budget (analyzing and taking corrective measures in case of deviations).
  • Informing, motivating, and developing employees through training and coaching, providing necessary resources, and assigning independent tasks.
  • Setting departmental goals and continuously monitoring them.
Experience and skills required:
  • Business education (University degree), preferrable technical backgroung
  • Multiple years of reelvant previous experience in a managerial role
  • Proficiency in SAP system
  • Strategic thinking and proactive approach
  • Fluent in English and German languages
