Do you have a passion for our engines and want to drive forward the industrialization of our components in mechanical production?
- Responsibility for the NPD process (New Product Development) in mechanical production for the realization of new products in a short time, at optimal investment and product costs and at the same time with high quality until implementation in series production
- Management of multidisciplinary industrialization projects in close cooperation with R&D and the Industrial Engineers CAM and Design
- Introduction of new technologies and methods for the ongoing further development of the industrialization process
- Creation of machining and fixture concepts, Involvement and support of design
- Elaboration of production-related requirements for new products and checking the feasibility of the component design from R&D
- Responsibility for industrial engineering time management and its further development
- Implementation of make-or-buy studies on production-relevant projects and technical benchmarks
- Completed apprenticeship or HTL in the field of design, mechanical engineering, production engineering, production technology
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company as an industrial engineer, alternatively in work preparation, time management, component processing or product design
- Know-how in project management and time management, ideally REFA
- Knowledge of 3D CAD design, preferably with CREO
- Basic knowledge of NC programming and tool technology
- Enthusiasm for complex processing machines and experience with combustion engines desirable
- Structured and independent way of working, recognizing improvements and actively driving them forward
- Willingness to deal with new technologies and innovations
- Very good German and good English skills are required
