You'll keep the audience at the heart of everything you do, making content that drives high views, strong engagement, and positive feedback. You'll also be responsible for making sure the fitness storytelling feels fresh, authentic, and creatively strong.CONTENT STRATEGY AND CREATIONAs the first point of contact for mid/long-form and live content within the Fitness Team, you'll drive key initiatives. Your role will involve developing formats that align with audience needs and media strategies for Red Bull's platforms. In addition, you'll be tasked with creating innovative content ideas that build brand attribution and establish a credible voice within the Fitness Community. Collaborating with the creative team, you'll contribute to producing a variety of content, including mid-form, serialized formats, long-form storytelling, and working closely with our live broadcast team. When working with the Fitness Social team, you'll provide consultancy on short-form social content ideation, offering creative fitness insights and industry expertise.COLLABORATION AND GLOBAL CONTENT GROWTHWorking closely with content leads from various Red Bull country teams, you will help elevate the quality and impact of fitness content in the markets, sharing best practices and offering coaching. Your ability to support on identifying local content opportunities will be crucial, as you'll focus on amplifying them for a wider, global audience. Additionally, you'll build connections with content leads across different sports and culture networks, seeking cross-disciplinary opportunities to feature fitness in broader contexts and creating learning moments for everyone involved.PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INDUSTRY NETWORKBuilding and maintaining a robust network of industry professionals, agencies, production companies, and creative talents will be a vital part of your role. You'll work with the production management team on overseeing the production process from concept through to final delivery, ensuring everything aligns with Red Bull's overarching content strategy. Moreover, it will be your responsibility to ensure with the production management team that all productions meet the necessary guidelines - rights clearance, delivery standards, budgets, and schedules - while adhering to the media house's production management protocols.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
  • 5+ years of experience working with documentaries and serialized content formats produced for broadcaster distribution and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of fitness sports disciplines and up to date with current and upcoming fitness trends, as well as content production across TV networks and streaming platforms.
  • A strong network of production companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers, and talents, enabling the delivery of state-of-the-art fitness content from both an editorial and technical perspective.
  • Project management skills in leading relationships with internal and external stakeholders during content development, production, and delivery.
  • Ability to evaluate and provide clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, production, etc., demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Team player mentality with excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
