As a Senior Project Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping tailored formwork solutions for power plant construction-bringing technical expertise, creativity, and customer focus to every phase of the project lifecycle.What you'll do:
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to our global customers, identifying needs and delivering smart, customized solutions.
  • Lead the technical design process from tendering to project execution, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop innovative formwork concepts for international power plant projects, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on equipment usage, jobsite support, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Visit project sites as needed to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

QualificationsWhat you bring:
  • A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (HTL, FH, or University level).
  • 3-5 years of experience in formwork or steel structure design, ideally in large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong 3D CAD skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar).
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international team.
  • High technical acumen and a customer-centric approach.
  • A hands-on attitude with a focus on solutions and results.
  • Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel and support projects abroad after onboarding.
