- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
- You are curious about customer experience, operations, and data-driven decision-making
- You have strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- You have basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- You are confident working with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced functions)
- You are eager to work on automation and scaling of reporting processes
- You are eager to embrace AI and automation to drive smarter, faster insights
- You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive way
- You communicate fluently in English
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Understanding of customer service processes and KPIs
- Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
- Analyze customer service data (tickets, response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction)
- Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in customer interactions
- Work on a forecasting project to predict customer service ticket volumes and support capacity planning
- Work closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- Assist in automating and scaling regular reporting processes
