Department: Analytics & Data ScienceWHO YOU ARE
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You are curious about customer experience, operations, and data-driven decision-making
  • You have strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • You have basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • You are confident working with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced functions)
  • You are eager to work on automation and scaling of reporting processes
  • You are eager to embrace AI and automation to drive smarter, faster insights
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive way
  • You communicate fluently in English
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
  • Understanding of customer service processes and KPIs
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Analyze customer service data (tickets, response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction)
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in customer interactions
  • Work on a forecasting project to predict customer service ticket volumes and support capacity planning
  • Work closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
  • Assist in automating and scaling regular reporting processes
