- Lead product development projects for realizing a MOS FET / SIC MOS device portfolio
- Accompany and shape the product development life cycle from product idea until release of the product
- Set up electrical characterization of the final product and analyze measured data
- Collaborate with different development departments e.g Technology, Package, Marketing, R/D, Quality Management and many more
- Form, guide and motivate diverse, cross-functional project teams
- Look at the bigger picture, with business in mind, in order to identify challenges and working closely with your stakeholders to come-up with solutions
- Ensure that the project is in compliance with internal rules and regulations at any stage of the project life-cycle

networks.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university/university of applied science degree in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Power Electronics, Material Science, Applied Physics or comparable
- 6+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry in special for SiC based products
- 4+ years of experience in leading projects (IPMA-C certified as a plus)
- Profound knowledge in device- & semiconductor physics
- Fluent English skills, German skills or the willingness to learn as a strong advantage
