DescriptionThe Compensation and HR Reporting & Analytics Expert (m/f/d) manages and supports key compensation processes, including bonus and salary planning. This role leads HR reporting using tools such as Workday and Excel. The position also drives process improvements, supports data-driven decision-making, and collaborates with stakeholders to maintain compliance, data quality and operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities:Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, including bonus calculations and salary planning
  • Configure and maintain the Workday Advanced Compensation module (bonus and salary planning processes)
  • Develop communication and training materials for compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct compensation surveys and gender pay gap analyses
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes
Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver key HR workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics for internal decision-making and external reporting requirements, using Workday and Excel
  • Configure and maintain the Workday Reporting module and dashboards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within and beyond HR to ensure data integrity and process efficiency, with a focus on process and task automation
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Very good experience in advanced reporting & analytics, compensation & benefits, or related field
  • Proven experience with reporting tools, preferably Workday / HR Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in advanced Excel
  • Attention to detail for precise calculation and data quality
  • Experience with bonus calculations
  • Experience in developing training and communication materials for compensation and benefits programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration in international environments
  • Fluency in English, German is a big advantage
Desired:
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration for Advanced Compensation (salary planning and bonus), Reporting, and Dashboards
  • Desired experience with compensation surveys and results analysis
  • Desired experience in job levelling methodologies (WTW as a plus) and benefits management
