Sales & Business Development Manager (f/m/x)

- You have a background in Sales, Business Development; Account Management is a plus
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of strong sales and negotiation skills ideally within the eCommerce/marketplace industry
- You can effectively generate leads and close deals with a focus on long term partnerships
- You are a fast learner
- You can work independently and like to set yourself targets to achieve
- You love dealing with people and they love dealing with you
- You are fluent in English; German as well as any other European languages would be a plus
- You are able to travel occasionally within the EU (ie to trade fairs, partner visits etc)
- You will contribute to the expansion of our current supplier portfolio by securing, onboarding and managing new top-tier brands and suppliers
- You will create, prioritize and maintain a strong leads pipeline
- You will establish strong, long-term partnerships with our suppliers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identify opportunities on both supply and customer end and feed those into the category strategy
- Networking, building brand awareness and attending relevant events around Europe
