- Opportunity to become our first Head of Finance
- Salary - €45-65k including potential shares (PSOP/VSOP - usually around 5-15%) 💰 This is just our targeted budget, we will consider adjusting for less or more experience and the overall fit.
- Research and submit catchy grant proposals that align with the goals and priorities of the funding agency and make us stand out among other applicants
- Collaborate with different teams internally to establish a project roadmap with clear milestones, timelines, and consideration of all involved projects.
- Align with potential project partners and create reports explaining the project progress and outcomes.
- Lead our finances by suggesting long-term projects and initiatives we can implement to improve the processes.
- Be the right hand of our founder and CEO Markus in all kinds of operational activities, including support in investor relations.
- Support our People team in different initiatives and projects.
- You have at least 2 years of proven experience in Finance or Funding
- You have already gained experience in startups or scaleups (seed- or series A stage), ideally in a B2B SaaS field
- You have a high affinity for numbers and a strong command of Google Sheets or Excel.
- You possess excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely
- You excel at project management
- Language skills: Minimum B1 in German and minimum B2 in English
