- Being the interface between ALDI's business departments and the strategic business service provider
- Managing stakeholder requests as the first point of contact for all provider matters
- Developing and maintaining long-term, cooperative relationships with the strategic service provider
- Supporting management with well-founded advice on vendor management and ensuring effective collaboration
- Organising and moderating internal workshops, meetings, and events
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of contract content and the contractual landscape to effectively advise stakeholders
- Reviewing and updating provider contracts, proposing amendments to reflect changing circumstances or objectives
- Implementing and monitoring standardised compliance mechanisms to ensure adherence to contract terms
- Identifying cross-departmental risks, monitoring mitigation measures, and training stakeholders on contract terms and provider guidelines
- Managing regular provider performance reports and preparing top management, including C-level, for site visits
- Relevant degree in business administration, business informatics, law or related fields
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of vendor relations or partner/vendor management
- Knowledge of how contracts are structured and a fundamental legal understanding of service contracts
- Networking mindset, confident demeanour, assertiveness and the ability to communicate and negotiate diplomatically with people at different hierarchical levels
- Great communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a multinational and cross-functional context
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation tools
- Fluent in English
