
Internal Sales Representative - Healthcare IT

- Planning, monitoring, and implementing sales campaigns in the existing customer segment, such as regulatory updates and upgrades
- Creating, tracking, and maintaining offers
- Communicating with customers by phone and in writing
- Maintaining and managing the CRM system (Oracle Sales Cloud)
- Maintaining master data for customer data
- Processing cancellations and contract conversions
- Obtaining partner offers
- Working closely with key account managers and sales support teams
- Successfully completed secondary school education or relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Initial experience with Oracle CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud, Q, Health Proposer Generator, CPQ) desirable
- Experience in a hospital environment is an advantage (processes, contacts, terminology)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
