- Drive the development of digital capabilities and foster a value-driven culture by promoting cross-functional collaboration, nurturing innovation, and supporting continuous learning and growth
- Shape the future HR business architecture for the entire group by driving feasibility studies for new digital solutions and designing transformation initiatives based on AI-supported operating models and data-driven insights.
- Plan and manage budgets and resources strategically, steering investments into digital tools and AI solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of HR services.
- Monitor the entire delivery process from planning to implementation and coordinate various teams to ensure that schedules and quality standards are adhered to.
- Support release planning, monitors progress and solves any problems or obstacles that arise.
- Act as a trusted advisor to top management (Board, B-1) on all aspects of digital HR transformation, delivering high-quality, data-based analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and lead working groups and communities to promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration around digital HR topics and AI applications across the organization.
- 7-9 years of experience in managing and executing transformation projects at the interface of HR and IT, with a strong focus on technology-driven change.
- Extensive track record in the IT domain, particularly in integration-related initiatives
- A strategic mindset with the ability to design and evolve complex enterprise architectures
- In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics in a corporate context - ideally with a strong HR focus
- Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to integrate it into a modern digital HR landscape
- A motivating and appreciative way of guiding teams through change
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics convincingly at all management levels - especially at board level - and to act as a trusted advisor
