Handle hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments with precision and care, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and presentation.
Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to established procedures.
Perform delicate garment care including pressing, steaming, folding, and hand-finishing when required.
Inspect all items for cleanliness, stains, damage, or wear and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure timely delivery of laundered items to designated areas or directly to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities to ultra-luxury standards.
Follow health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
Support colleagues in delivering seamless service across Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
