  • Production and creative preparation of high-quality dishes for guest buffets and à la carte restaurant
  • Depending on the area and your work experience, your tasks will vary and include preparing a menu, preparing and cooking dishes, as well as the appealing decoration and presentation of the dishes. Cooking with passion!
  • Organization and ensuring the smooth running of your position
  • Compliance with standards, regulations and HACCP
Requirements
  • EU citizenship
  • Completed training as a chef or 2 years of professional experience
  • German language skills at least A2 AND English language skills at least B1 level desired - required in some areas (management positions etc.).
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Safe and efficient operation of common kitchen equipment
