Company and ContextOur client, a leading digital transformation unit within one of the largest banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe, is seeking an experienced Tagetik (MSSQL) Developer & Administrator. This role is at the forefront of shaping a digital future aimed at improving the financial well-being of millions.   • Collaborate with an established team to lead and develop the CCH Tagetik system for financial consolidation.
  • Develop, manage, and troubleshoot all aspects of the MSSQL-based CCH Tagetik system.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proactively adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic setting.
What skills and background do I need?
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience managing CCH Tagetik databases, preferably with MSSQL.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing database connections across various DBMS platforms.
  • Experience with SSIS and Wildfly application servers.
  • Advanced T-SQL skills and strong working knowledge of CCH Tagetik.
  • Ability to ensure optimal database performance; query performance tuning is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a passion for teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
