- Requirements & Documentation - Translate business needs and solution designs into clear technical architectures and software requirements, documenting functional and non-functional specifications for alignment across teams
- Integration Architecture & Implementation - Design scalable integration solutions, define and maintain system architecture, integrate systems, and ensure reliability through testing and troubleshooting
- Modern Tools & Collaboration - Use Infrastructure-as-Code (automated infrastructure setup) and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/ Continuous deployment) pipelines (automated build, test, deploy), collaborate across teams, and leverage emerging technologies such as AI and automation
- Growth & Strategic Influence - Drive the evolution of the digital ecosystem through hands-on development, with a leadership role within the team Core Competencies & Support, shaping the strategic direction of our IT ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in system integration, technical architecture, or software development, including the design and implementation of enterprise-scale IT/software integrations
- Proficiency in Microsoft technology environments, ensuring compatibility with the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure DevOps, .NET, M365, Power Platform) and ideally automated testing and deployment pipelines
- Understanding of software design and infrastructure fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, OData, …) and scripting (PowerShell, …)
- Experience with CAD, PDM, or engineering-related platforms is a plus
- Analytical and structured mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Clear communicator across both technical and non-technical teams
- Ownership mentality with a collaborative spirit
- Curiosity and openness to new technologies such as AI and intelligent automation
- Proactive mindset with the ability to align cross-team technical decisions and influence long-term architectural strategy
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
