People are the center of our organization, so we want to have the best with us.For our Global Risk & Insurance department in our office in Vienna, Austria, we are looking for aSenior Insurance Coordinator (m/f/d)Your future role is to work on Group's Global Insurance Programs, being responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting the Group´s Insurable Risk. You will work with the Global Risk Manager to intermediate relationships, communication and processes with the main external and internal stakeholders and to improve the efficiency and processes of risk/insurance management and maintain all controls and documentation in good order as follows:
  • Keep update all Global Insurance Programs of the Group: Property. General Liability, Cyber, D&O, Marine/Transportation, Business Travel, Fidelity
  • Follow with brokers all phases of Insurance process: asset valuation, value at risk analysis, roadshows, bids, committees, inspections, claims, action plans, preventive investments.
  • Follow claims processes until reimbursement and reinvoicing to local entities.
  • Provide reports about Insurances processes /claims, support of accounting entities and insurance KPIs, follow timely payments of insurance expenses.
  • Support risk management controls execution.
  • Follow procedures to keep insurance process aligned with the organization's overall objectives and strategic plan.
Your profile
  • Bachelor degree of Law, Administration, Economy, Accounting or other related fields
  • Education Program: Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration or other related area
  • At least 5 years progressive experience in insurance, (Europe/Asia Programs) as broker and/or insurance
  • Familiar with insurance policies and contracts
  • Insurance and finance knowledge, experience with foreigner insurance markets
  • Fluent English and German language
  • Used to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment with attention to detail. Familiar with business problem solving process improvement and with good communication skills.
