Are you passionate about our engines and transmissions and want to advance the industrialization of our assembly processes?
  • Responsibility for industrialization in engine and transmission assembly to realize new products in a short time, at optimal investment and product costs, and at the same time with high quality until implementation in series production
  • Management of multidisciplinary industrialization projects in close cooperation with the surrounding departments of design, quality assurance, production, and external service providers
  • Introduction of new technologies and methods for the ongoing development of the industrialization process
  • Planning, coordination, and implementation of automation projects in assembly—from the initial idea and specifications to supplier selection, successful commissioning, and handover to production
  • Critical analysis of existing assembly processes and workflows, as well as derivation and implementation of optimization potential using lean methods (e.g., CIP, 5S, value stream analysis)
  • Designing ergonomic and safe assembly workstations, taking into account efficiency, quality, and employee well-being
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation and assembly documents, as well as training assembly and maintenance employees on new processes and systems
Your skills and experiences
  • Completed apprenticeship or HTL in the field of design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, production engineering
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company as an industrial engineer or assembly planner, or alternatively in work preparation, time management, component processing, or product design
  • Know-how in project management, investment planning, assembly technologies, and automation
  • Knowledge of LEAN and FMEA is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for complex assembly lines and experience with combustion engines desirable
  • Analytical thinking, a structured, solution-oriented approach to work, and the ability to drive projects forward independently
  • Strong communicator and team player with a pronounced hands-on mentality and the desire to make things happen and improve them
  • Very good German and good English skills are required

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 52,197.04 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
