
Sales Manager (m/f/d) Special Operations

- Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through direct presence (international travel necessary)
- Manage comprehensive end-to-end sales processes
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and tailored proposals
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals
- Ensure smooth project handovers and maintain ongoing key account
- Develop solutions in alignment with defense and military standards
- Manage tenders, bids, and strategic negotiations with defense sector stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with public authorities specific procurement frameworks and regulations
- Represent the organization at key Special Operations industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums
- Track defense industry trends and monitor competitor strategies
- Minimum of 7-10 years' technical sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial. Any additional language would be an advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation & contract management skills
- Technical understanding & solution-oriented thinking
- Effective customer relationship management
- Extensive knowledge of defense products & procurement processes
- Familiarity with military standards & compliance requirements
- Proven sales relationships and strong network within governmental and military procurement
