We’re looking for a passionate German-speaking Technical Consultant to join our Vienna team! You’ll focus on project-based work across various accounts, becoming an expert on the Adverity platform. If you have a digital marketing background and enjoy simplifying complex customer needs, then this is an ideal position for you.This is a full-time hybrid role based at our headquarters in Vienna office, where we’d love to see you 1–2 times per week.Some of the things you’ll work on:
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for our customers on all aspects of the Adverity platform, including solution architecture and feature usage.
  • Lead the technical onboarding of new clients by configuring data connectors, writing SQL queries, developing Python scripts, and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Provide deployment advisory services and best practice recommendations for data pipelines, transformations, and platform configurations .
  • Take a consultative approach to ensure customers get the most out of our platform, translating complex technical requirements into effective solutions.
  • Monitor and measure customer engagement to gather feedback and suggest product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to support upselling and expansion opportunities through technical product demonstrations.
  • Contribute to our team’s knowledge-sharing culture by organising and participating in regular technical sessions.
We’re excited if you have:
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a SaaS, data integration, or digital marketing technology environment (e.g., media agency or tech company).
  • Proven experience in technically onboarding and training clients on software platforms, with a strong IT affinity, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Hands-on proficiency with advanced Excel skills and KPI reporting, as well as experience in digital marketing reporting.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing or advertising data and analytics (e.g., performance metrics, campaign data).
  • Experience with upselling or supporting account teams from a technical perspective.
  • A customer-focused team player with empathy, a positive attitude, and excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in both English and German is a must for this role.
