  • ensure that all Scrum events take place in a positive and productive manner
  • coach teams to organize themselves
  • find obstacles, and support the team in finding solutions and improvements
  • help to create a growth mindset
  • support collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders
  • work hand in hand with the Product Owner
You'll bring in
  • PSM/CSM certification or 3 years of professional experience working as Scrum Master
  • in the field of software engineering
  • experience on using agile frameworks and methods
  • agile and open mindset, willing to continue learning about agile methods
  • clear and effective communication in English

The minimum wage for this position is 55.000 € p.a. The actual wage is dependent on qualification and experience.
