- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategy.
- Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and copywriting that resonate with our target audience and drive action.
- Implement and manage advanced tracking and attribution methodologies to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, ecommerce, and performance advertising.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics to align strategies and drive overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Extensive experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and media buying.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Native Ads etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
