  • Management of a small team (staff deployment, vacation planning, safety instructions, training)
  • Organizing maintenance and servicing as well as repairs to electrical engineering and building services systems (e.g. heating, water supply, ventilation systems)
  • Ensuring the energy and media supply for the entire site
  • Project management for new construction and installation of building services and electrical systems
  • Expansion and integration of control and monitoring systems for energy and media supply as well as integration into the energy management system
  • Supervision of external companies and suppliers, tendering and ordering of repair and maintenance work, deadline and cost control as well as monitoring and acceptance
Your experiences and skills
  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship, master craftsman, HTL)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, industrial electrics, building services or maintenance
  • Initial experience in leading a team is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving skills
  • Team player with an independent way of working and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German mandatory, good knowledge of English desirable
