Location: Vienna, close to the airport area.Schedule: Monday to Sunday divided in 4 shifts (days and nights) and 2 days off. One shift has 10 hours.What we offer:
  • Salary up to 3300 euros gross (fix salary + meal card + performance bonuses);

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
  • Selling additional services to customers;
  • Delivering the rental cars to customers;
  • Carefully filling up the rental contract;
  • Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damage;
  • Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
  • Carefully completing the return contract;
  • Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
  • Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service;
  • Mandatory driving license (B category);
  • Proficiency in German and English;
  • Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality;
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detail;
  • Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills.
