• Completed degree in business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams
• Very good SAP skills (ideally S/4HANA) and deep understanding of business and production processes
• High level of strategic thinking, process understanding, and innovative ability

• Management of international projects for the further development of the ERP and application landscape - including planning, budget, and resource management
• Leadership and development of a global team of in-house consultants and developers
• Identification and implementation of synergies, standards, and best practices across all plants and regions
• Active participation in the selection and introduction of new systems in cooperation with portfolio management
