  • As Business Development Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the Regional Sales Team DACH.
  • You develop and implement Business Plans in line with the overall waterdrop brand and sales strategy.
  • You set, track and drive the business targets in terms of instore execution, revenue and profitability.
  • You successfully negotiate annual agreements with customers – this can be with KAs directly or indirectly via a Distribution Partner.
  • You establish local partnerships in your market(s) to drive brand awareness and create trial.
Your strengths and qualifications:
  • You gained 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales related roles with a proven track record on delivering results.
  • You are well known for your hands-on mentality and passion to build up and to establish new brands.
  • You are a strong strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level.
  • You are an analytical mind with passion for data analysis and creating insights.
  • You are an exceptionally strong communicator with excellent knowledge of PPT and Excel.
  • You inspire your team members with your self-motivated, self-directed and flexible working style which helps you to keep a cool head and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • You motivate, challenge and encourage your team members and always set the best example.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business or economics or related.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken - any other language is a plus.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the beverage category is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 55.000 gross per year.
