- You’re passionate about the world of content, social media and influencer/blogger relations.
- You will own and manage dedicated retainer clients and/or one-off projects from start to finish, understanding strategic priorities and goals.
- You should focus on strategic client development and consulting - you have to find ways of working (external and internal) with assigned clients/projects to ensure individual client needs are met.
- You have to work cross-functionally with internal teams (social, paid, concept/strategy, production, etc.) to support client goals and needs.
- You have to build and maintain relationship with influencer and manage ongoing communications with talent and/or management for long term success.
- You will support with strategic and creative concepts for influencer campaigns: keeping up to date on influencer and social media landscape, trends and competitive brand insights.
- You have to keep track of long-term strategic goals and make sure we’re tracking towards achieving these.
- Your tasks will include daily influencer project campaign management and execution.
- You will set-up and own influencer campaigns on CIQ to build CRM and data-based performance reports.
- You will manage the contract set-up with our Legal department based on negotiated influencer deliverables.
- You have to set-up briefing documents for influencers based on required deliverables and creative direction.
- You also have to monitor influencer content calendar and oversee feedback/approval process.
- You will have to identify key metrics/KPIs to measure success for each client, collect data from influencer and CIQ for final reporting.
- You will participate in client product seedings, event or production attendance.
- One part will be proactive trend research for our key influencer and social media clients, keep a pulse on social media platforms, new formats and relevant pop-culture trends.
- You have to use Creator IQ (Influencer Software) to help identify new, high-potential partners to work with for future influencer activations.
- You have strong written and spoken communication skills.
- You are excellent at building relationships and are a “people’s person”.
- You have excellent English skills and fluent German language skills are a plus.
