  • Trusted Sparring Partner to the Management Team Europe & CFO of the Group
  • Design and execute the ASTA Europe strategy
  • Lead and inspire Finance & Controlling teams in Austria and Bosnia
  • Drive all finance operations: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis
  • Ensure compliance with UGB & IFRS and oversee tax & statutory reporting
  • Act as the go-to person for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
  • Lead digitalization & process optimization projects across sites
Ihr ProfilYour Profile
  • Degree in business or finance (Uni/FH)
  • Solid experience in accounting (UGB, IFRS) and controlling
  • Industry know-how, ideally in manufacturing
  • Strong IT affinity, advanced Excel skills, D365/Cognos a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a benefit
  • Proven leadership & intercultural management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong project & process management expertise
