- Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)
- Self-organized way of working, excellent communication, hands-on mentality, solution-focused mindset
- Practical experience bridging business needs and technology, particularly in requirements engineering and CRM applications
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- A strong interest in how systems connect - databases, microservices, APIs - and the drive to keep learning more
