  • Drive technology development / customization at external foundries to guarantee in time availability of the technology in respect to the needs of the business line
  • Act as interface for technical questions from business line R&D or technology enablement towards external foundries
  • Support business line R&D in technology evaluations for future projects
  • Provide project status reports for management and drive any necessary escalations to ensure project success
  • Share your know-how with the team to ensure continuous improvement & development of the whole team
Ihr Profil
  • Successfully completed bachelor's / master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, optoelectronics or equivalent
  • 5+ years of work experience in semiconductor business in the fields of either New Product Introduction, Technology Development, Technology Customization
  • First experience in steering a diverse team in multiple organizations
  • Project / Program Management Skills
  • CMOS technology know-how and solid understanding of CMOS design and devices
  • Good teamplayer with strong time management skills and high flexibility
  • Proficiency in English; German and/or Mandarin would be an advantage
