Monitoring material procurement and availability to ensure on-time production. Interface between customers, suppliers and internal departments to clarify requirements and problems. Planning and monitoring of delivery dates and project deadlines. Creation and maintenance of order documentation, Identification and implementation of improvements in order management processes. Controlling costs as part of order processing. Assisting customers with enquiries and problems throughout the order process. Troubleshooting in purchase processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement
