Customer Data Hub is one of our key systems to provide business support to all Erste Group Banks and meet regulatory requirements.We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Customer Lifecycle Servicing and Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvements, customer satisfaction, and data analysis. Additionally, expertise in new technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) is essential to drive innovation and efficiency within our systems.Your Tasks
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Groups Customer Data Hub
  • Identify and implement new technologies and AI solutions to optimize business operations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements
  • Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and applications
Your Background
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst; preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Good knowledge of new technologies and AI applications in business processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
