This includes handling service requests, ensuring the stability and security of IT systems, and supporting employees in all IT-related matters in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.#Profile
  • Handling service requests and incidents (tickets) in the client and application environment
  • Supporting employees with IT problems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Office, and specialist applications)
  • Management of user accounts, authorizations, and groups (identity and access management)
  • Performing software and system maintenance
  • Administration and maintenance of hardware (e.g., workstations, peripherals, mobile devices) and evaluation of new hardware and applications in a corporate context
  • License and application management, including allocation, monitoring, and compliance
  • Participation in vulnerability management (e.g., vulnerability assessment, patch management)
#WantedCompleted education in the field of IT and experience in IT support or IT operations in a corporate environmentIn-depth knowledge of Windows clients, good knowledge of macOS and Linux is an advantageFamiliar with IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL) * Understanding of networks, authentication methods, and security concepts
  • Experience with ticket and license management systems
  • Basic knowledge of vulnerability and patch management
  • Structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, resilience, and good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
