Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) - en_UK / en_INTERNATIONAL • Lead, coach and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team with a focus on putting the customer first in everything we do.
  • Co-operate across functions in the customer meeting point to ensure everyone understands and actively contributes to the product quality & safety and recovery processes.
  • Establish the pre-requisites for the team to deliver customers a great commercial shopping experience, as well as efficient circular recovery operations to reduce the environmental and financial impact of the products that end up in the reverse flows.
  • Identify and continuously ensure optimal usage of common working methods, processes and tools related to the product quality, safety, and recovery processes.
  • Develop the team and its individual members and ensure plans for succession.
