
Group Controller (all genders)

- Annual planning and quarterly forecasting at the group level including financial planning; analysis in collaboration with regions, country subsidiaries, and departments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports; continuously enhance management reporting and ensure consistent reporting quality across the group
- Contribute to the optimization of group-wide financial processes (Group Finance, Controlling, Accounting) through concept development, implementation, and standardization; actively participate in cross-functional projects.
- Conduct variance analyses, ad-hoc evaluations, and prepare presentations for executive and committee meetings.
- Act as a proactive challenger, sparring partner, and business partner to internal stakeholders (management, executives, departments)
- Serve as the main contact for international subsidiaries on business-related matters, especially reporting and consolidation; ensure data quality and deliver financial analyses.
- University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or business informatics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate controlling, ideally within an international project- or service-oriented company
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and OneStream. Strong interest in IT, particularly in reporting and business intelligence. Experience with Power BI is a plus—ideally as both user and dashboard administrator
- Solid knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15 and 16) and financial statement interpretation
- Experience in financial planning, with a solid understanding of balance sheet structures and cash flow dynamics
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to create high-quality reports for internal (board, supervisory board) and external (annual reports) audiences
- International and intercultural mindset; fluent in English (written and spoken)
