- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders from customer and HPE internal.
- Play a significant part in the account team focusing on the pursuit and pricing aspects of the deal.
- Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect to align on business objectives, commercial aspects and technical feasibility.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and business processes to provide tailored IT managed services solutions.
- Guide the customer in the transformation journey focusing on the planning and solution design phase of the project.
- Align closely with the sales account and delivery team.
- Participate in the account's business planning processes.
- Ensure optimal results, balancing costs, scope, scale, and benefits to deliver superior value.

- solid experience (6 + years) in IT solution design, technical account management, or a related role in the IT outsourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and managed services.
- Profound knowledge of IT technologies, software platforms, and relevant processes to ensure sustained successful project delivery.
- Holistic view on services and what it means for the customer.
- Experience in presales solution design for aaS transformation projects in a large organization.
- Understanding of financial parameters (business case or ROI driven project definition).
- Dynamic personality, keen to interact with customers.
- Business proficiency in English and German language is a must.
