- Develop and implement the DACH-Region digital growth strategy, including digital country growth plans.
- Business development in (future) digital growth categories.
- Market analysis: Provide local market intelligence incl. competitor moves in digital.
- Digital domain competence and support, local inputs to value propositions.
- Digital value propositions are propagated in the DACH region.
- Achieving targets for digital pipeline, order growth and penetration into new segments. Win strategic opportunities. Qualification of sales lead, drive Capture Teams.
- Support the Country’s CEO and VP Sales with their strategic and local accounts.
- Relationships with senior level stakeholders.
- Manage associations groups engagement in the region.
- Provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a technical field with 5 years of professional experience working with Sales & Marketing and/or Business Development.
- Must have knowledge of Digital Market and be experienced in Power Industry.
- Ability to build, grow and maintain positive relationships and to build networks.
- Must have a digital & technical mindset to build customer confidence in solutions to open doors and command respect when proposing solutions and support closing the deal.
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written), ability to lead the defined strategy internally with multiple product lines in support of lead qualification, proposal responses and contract negotiations.
- A profound sense of quality and a keen interest in complexities, a sense of urgency, and persistence in achieving goals. Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, leadership, and strong priority.
- Experience in value-based and strategic selling to take the lead in high level sales engagements is an asset.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
