Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Head of Sales Controlling and CEYour Role: Own the ChallengeIn this role, you will be contact person for analyzing and interpreting financial data and supporting the budget and forecast process within the Sales Organisation.This position is based in Eggelsberg, Austria.
  • Act as a financial business partner to to the Sales Organization by supporting strategic decision-making through robust business planning, forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term), and close collaboration with Controlling and Finance teams in subsidiaries.
  • Conduct high-quality financial analysis and reporting — including profitability, margin, cost analysis, and sales data trends—to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive modernization of financial processes and tools to ensure transparent, reliable data and insights, including customer analytics, sales reporting, network planning, forecasting, and pipeline monitoring.
  • Design and deliver clear, impactful reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Controlling within an international company (preferable in an B2B industry)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, financial analysis tools and ERP systems e.g. SAP (CO-PA), experience with Power BI would be an advantage
  • Fluent in Englisch, proficiency in German preferred
  • Interest to work in an international environment

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3,775.27 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.More about us:
