Net Salary: 1,400/month (German language) + bonuses and benefitsAbout the RoleWere seeking a native or C2-level German speaker with strong English (B2+) skills to join our customer support team in Malta. You will help customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.Youll start with onsite training to immerse yourself in the company processes before transitioning to a hybrid model.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support in German and English through various channelsResolve customer issues following company guidelines and policiesProvide accurate and clear information about products and servicesRecord interactions and update customer profilesEscalate complex cases when necessaryMaintain professionalism and empathy in all communicationsRequirementsNative/C2 German + B2 English
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
Ability to work rotational shifts between 07:00 Midnight
Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
Willingness to attend onsite training in Malta
