We’re searching for a Social Media Manager who lives at the intersection of sports culture and digital storytelling, with the instinct to act in real time and the discipline to manage complex content ecosystems. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and presence of a leading sports brand in the German market, fueling excitement and engagement with every post.Balancing creativity with precision, you’ll own the day-to-day execution across channels, nurture a thriving community of fans, and drive strategic growth. Your fluency in German and passion for sport will help elevate the brand’s local presence and cement its cultural relevance.Requirements
  • Create Dynamic Content: Develop and publish engaging social content that connects authentically with sports audiences, ensuring consistency in tone and brand identity.
  • React in Real Time: Identify and leverage timely moments in sports culture, turning live action into impactful, shareable social stories.
  • Drive Community Engagement: Cultivate vibrant conversations with fans, responding quickly and fostering meaningful relationships that build loyalty.
  • Plan with Precision: Manage editorial calendars, content schedules, and approval workflows to keep initiatives running smoothly.
  • Analyze Performance: Track social metrics, extract insights, and refine strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and channel growth.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with creatives, strategists, and stakeholders to align social media activity with larger campaign goals and brand vision.
  • Utilize German Fluency: Apply native-level German skills to ensure content resonates culturally and linguistically.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000.
