- Act as the primary client liaison for strategic and creative discussions related to brand social media.
- Create visually compelling decks that effectively communicate key themes and ideas.
- Generate ideas and concepts for executing brand campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across social media platforms.
- Proficiently develop TikTok content from concept to launch plans.
- Collaborate with the team to incorporate the latest strategic tactics into brand social media channels.
- Conduct research on tools and trends to optimize social media performance.
- Plan and manage workload effectively to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee team activities and provide hands-on support during peak periods.
- Prior experience in overseeing brand social channels, conceptualising creative ideas, executing content production, and managing clients and projects.
- Serve as a backup and collaborative partner during team members' absences.
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach in your work.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital agency or brand management roles, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Fluent in German with excellent proficiency in English.
