The Quality and Safety in Imaging GmbH (QSI) is an affiliate of the European Society of Radiology (ESR), which represents the medical speciality of radiology in Europe and organises the biggest congress in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR).QSI has been created to support the implementation and use of ESR’s guidelines, eHealth tools and clinical IT solutions. QSI’s activities are currently focused on the ESR’s imaging referral guidelines embedded in the clinical decision support platform ESR iGuide.We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support our QSI team in Vienna.Tasks
Supporting the ESR iGuide and QSI directors (e.g. scheduling and coordinating appointments, organising meetings)
Communication with prospective clients, health organisations and authorities, and stakeholders
Preparation of documents (e.g. letters, e-mails)
Creation/preparation of lists, presentations etc.
General office management and administration
Requirements
Completed education at high school level and/or university degree
Excellent written and spoken English (at least C1)
Other languages are an advantage
Excellent MS Office skills
Experience with business correspondence
Experience as an assistant is an advantage

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,400.00 (14 times per year).
