  • PROCESSING... customer complaints (root cause analysis, action tracking, 8D report...)
  • IMPLEMENTING... and monitoring compliance with customer requirements
  • PREPARING... and supporting product and process audits
  • SUPPORTING... customer acceptance and initial sampling
  • CO-OPERATION... in FMEAs, design reviews and workshops
  • INSTRUCTING... employees
  • SUPPORTING... the production department with process optimization measures
  • CO-OPERATION... in the development and maintenance of the ISO 9001 QM system
  • SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
  • Completed education in electrical engineering or physics (HTL, FH, TU)
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management an advantage
  • Goal-oriented approach for creative solutions
  • Written and spoken German and English
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Reliability and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work in a team
