- As Product Owner (PO) for "Marketing & CRM Cross Functions," you will take overall responsibility for your team and all cross-cluster DevOps and Operations services - including budget control, employee management, and end-to-end responsibility for the topics in your area.
- Together with your team and stakeholders, you will develop a clear product or service vision and derive a realistic and ambitious roadmap from it.
- You will be responsible for all cross-cluster topics in the areas of DevOps and Operations and have a deep understanding of the technical and professional solution space for the further development of your products and services.
- You will advise and support departments and IT teams in the conception and operation of applications and systems in the Marketing & CRM Cluster.
- You will be the first point of contact for key users, IT colleagues, and business partners regarding your product or service.
- You will promote an open feedback and error culture, thus strengthening continuous development within the team.
- As part of the team with the other Product Owners, you will actively contribute to the further development of the cluster and work closely with other clusters and IT areas.
- You have solid experience in the field of DevOps and IT operations - ideally in a complex, company-wide IT environment.
- You have a good technical understanding of modern IT architectures, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging solutions, and test automation.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial disciplinary leadership experience and know how to develop, motivate, and manage a team in a targeted manner.
- You have a strong understanding of service responsibility in ongoing operations and are familiar with the challenges of the interaction between development and operations.
- Ideally, you have already led a classic Ops team or worked closely with one and are therefore familiar with classic support processes.
- You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and can communicate complex technical topics in an understandable way - both to the team and to stakeholders.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and bring a high level of initiative and decision-making ability.
- You are a team player with an agile mindset and enjoy working with others to make a difference.
- You are proficient in English and German, both spoken and written.
