Become a pivotal member of our team and help shape our success story together.These are your tasksYou work at the interface between Sales and Finance and support the local revenue growth initiatives, including responsibility of own projects from initiation to implementation.You develop new ideas and support existing projects along the key revenue growth levers: pricing strategy, promotion strategy, trade terms optimization and mix management to secure long term and sustainable revenue growth.You work on, create and improve FP&A processes and tools that guarantee consistent Net Sales and key revenue growth KPI development.You create in-depth analyses, identify correlations and derive recommendations by merging different financial and market data sources. You simulate scenarios and create variance analyses.You constantly analyze market trends, competitor and consumer behavior to identify market opportunities.Creation of various ad-hoc analyses across the revenue growth levers.Support in the local implementation of international projects.This is your profileYou have a Bachelor and/or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, business informatics or similar.You have already gained minimum 2 years practical experience in revenue growth, business analysis and/or related fields like controlling, financial planning, category management. Experience in Key Account Management is a plus.You have a strong analytical mindset coupled with an excellent understanding of the commercial context.You can deal with large amounts of data from various sources, recognize patterns, summarize them and make clear recommendations.You like to work cross-functionally. Your way of working is dynamic and proactive.You have excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel) and a generally high IT affinity.
