Job IntroductionFrequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.We are a globally active technology group and are looking to strengthen our tax department. You will have sound knowledge of international tax and the necessary experience to take responsibility for tasks independently.Key Tasks
  • Supervision of the transfer pricing agenda, including ongoing development of the transfer pricing system and related documentation
  • Handling of tax-related enquiries within the Frequentis Group
  • Tax risk assessment as part of the offer process (early identification of tax risks and development of mitigation strategies)
  • Support in project management with regard to tax compliance
  • Support and advice on permanent establishments abroad from a tax perspective
  • Preparation and processing of tax returns abroad, coordination and interface with foreign tax advisors
  • Internal point of contact for ongoing questions regarding VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax abroad
  • Participation in special projects (M&A, reorganisations)
Key Qualifications
  • Completed university degree or university of applied sciences in law and/or economics
  • Several years of practical experience in international taxation, either in tax consulting or in the tax department of a company
  • Completed tax advisor examination or comparable qualification (Finanzamt) is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of Austrian tax law
